Hi Calorie Burners

I can’t tell you how much I enjoy these sessions, I love seeing the effort, the never say die attitude and most of all the fun and camaraderie you all share within each class. I can’t believe it took me 2 years to grow some andĀ launch this, as it is proving a huge success based on the feedback and how you keep wanting the pain class after class.

So I owe you a huge thankyou for your support and attendance and for gaining healthier, fitter, slimming results not to mention all the tennis and footwork improvements you are all making without any coaching whatsoever. I would really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review below of your Cardio experiences so far and the difference it’s making to your week, your favourite parts to the class and what kind of results you are seeing in fitness, stamina, weightloss socailising etc.

Thanks for your time, and for spreading the word and hopefully soon I can add even more sessions giving you all more flexibilty and options on when you canĀ get your cardio tennis fix! See you on the courts and remember at Cardio ‘The ball is ALWAYS in your court!’

  1. Tried my first Cardio Tennis Session today and I can honestly say that I LOVED it! Great fun, but most of all a great work out. I’m hooked and I’m looking forward to seeing the results of my efforts over the next few weeks. Can’t wait until my next session – bring it on!

  2. I am loving the cardio tennis experience, its fun , energetic and interesting, I have never played tennis so i didn’t thinkl i would enjoy it. I suprised myself and totally love it. Been outside is a refreshing change from classes in the gym. Its a fab all body work out and i can hit the ball …. well most of the time.

    • Great comments Emma, outside activities are the best and you are never cold at cardio, hitting the ball is irrelevant but obviously enjoyable and you are and will continue to naturally get better each week, keep it up!

  3. Been going to cardio tennis since the start of January and it is fantastic. The sessions are really well structured to give you a great workout and it’s really fun too. I would and in fact I have recommended the cardio sessions to everyone regardless of their tennis ability. Thanks to clayton for helping me have fun whilst getting fit!

    • Thanks Lauren and thanks for selling the Cardio Tennis, I see it as a great compliment to my product that someone i see as being super fit anyway still gets such a great workout and benefits from up it so much that you attend at least twice a week! And it is so much fun.

  4. Wow i love Cardio Tennis, Its Energetic Fun and a brilliant workout. The sessions are well structured and Clayton gives great instruction on the different drills, Feel so good when i have done the workout and would recommend anyone to have a go !

    • Thanks Sally, you are an A team club player, and have realised no matter who attends and what tennis ability they have it doesn’t affect the workout or the fun feel good factor.

  5. This is a great workout that can be enjoyed by all ages… yes even someone my age! It is great to get in the fresh air and enjoy the fantastic January weather. Clayton is an inspiration!

    • Cheers Heather, ps you are not old, but you are right, age is irrelevant, you will have different targets the older you get and have complete freedom to take breaks whenever without affecting anyone else in the group, as I control everybody’s tempo 100% and 100% of the time! Guy’s don’t fear this cold weather it’s exhilirating to shead those layers and you will!!

  6. Something everyone needs to give a try!!! The sessions are great fun and an enjoyable way of keeping fit. I haven’t had any previous experience of playing tennis but that doesn’t make a difference to the sessions. A good way to meet new people too.

    • Thanks Sarann, you seem to love hitting balls, which everyone will love when you realise you can do it. The beauty of that is once you love hitting… you want to push your body to get to the next ball EVERY single time! Tennis is so fun anyway, mix it with a heart pumping fitness class a PERFECT cocktail. See you on the court soon mate

  7. Cardio Tennis is the perfect way to have fun and get in shape. Clayton motivates and encourages the group throughout the hour-long class, pushing us into the fat-burning zone.
I feel i’m improving my fitness and i know i’m burning off the calories as i’ve just gone down a jean size in four weeks, and i feel great.

    • Helen is coming to cardio 2 or 3 times a week plus a regular 90 min ladies coaching group on Mondays at 8pm, she maintained her tennis throughout holiday period and by mid January had dropped a clothes size through playing TENNIS alone..AMAZING!! Her tennis is now at an advanced level after being a total beginner in the summer and her footwork and movement is now unrecognisable, she feels fitter and has lost weight. WELL done Helen, guys… exercise of any kind is important but enjoying a sport and achieving, helps you to maintain desire to exercise and Tennis exercises every muscle of every limb…it’s the best sport and after realising it’s an achievable activity after a little guidance it’s totally addictive and exhilirating to play good shots.

  8. A fantastic fun way to get fit & meet a great bunch of people! It doesn’t matter what your tennis ability is, how old you are or what level of fitness you are because you do as much as you are personally able to. Clayton is very motivating & I love that’s it all to music! I would recommend this to everyone. Do yourself a favour & give it a go!

    • Ellie is my Partner and an excellent tennis player in her own right, she really doesn’t need to come but absolutely loves it and sees the benefits and never misses a daytime class when kids are at school, she also never pays haha! So take her advice give it ago like everybody else who has tried and LOVED IT!!
